El Mar Diving Center, Mexico

Welcome to our Mexico operation located in San Carlos Mexico on the Sea of Cortez just a 4 hour drive south of the Nogales Arizona boarder and just a hour flight from Phoenix, Arizona.

El Mar Diving Center Mexico is a PADI Gold Palm Resort. Conveniently located at 263 Creston on San Carlos's main road. We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 to 6:30 pm (March thu October) and 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (November thru February closed Tuesdays).

The Sea of Cortez is known for its incredibly diverse marine life and those chance encounters with Whales, Mantas, Hammer Head Sharks and Sea Lions are always possible. The water is temperate tropical (80 degrees) during the summer months and upper 50's to low 60 's in the winter months. The visibility can range from 30' to over 100' around San Pedro Island.
